Your information privacy and security is our priority. We do not share or sell your data to anyone. EO clients have exclusive rights and ownership to their data.
EO is prohibited from transferring or using client data in anyway without your express consent. Access to production databases is limited to the fewest possible points. Your data is stored on disk storage that is mirrored across different storage cabinets and controllers. Your data, up to the last committed transaction, is automatically backed up to a primary tape library on a nightly basis.
Email Recipient Policy:
Every email distributed by the optional EO Email application provides recipients
with an opt-out option. Email recipients who select the unsubscribe option will
be removed from that list automatically. All emails sent from the optional EO
Email application are sent to lists that have been represented to EO as opt-in
and/or membership-based lists.
Physical Security:
The EO application and network is hosted at a facility in Hoboken, NJ, that provides
24/7 physical security. Badge/photo ID access screening and biometric access screening
are used for additional security. Motion sensors and security breach alarms protect
sensitive security areas. Security personnel monitor video cameras installed throughout
the facilities.
User Authentication:
EO clients are provided with a unique account, accessible only by a unique username
and password. Passwords are encrypted. Licensee is responsible for its own usernames
and passwords and agrees not to disclose usernames or passwords to any third parties
and to keep them secret at all times.
Application Security:
The EO application is secured through the use of session management, which times
out a user after a specified amount of time has expired without said user taking
an action in the application.
